Kerala Corrugated Box Manufacturers Association conducted half day Seminar on Labour Code on 29th January 2026 at Kerala Merchants Chamber of Commerce, Marine Drive , Ernakulam.

Kecbma Secretary, Mr.Sathyan Malayath welcomed ADV. C B Mukundan (Leading Advocates in Labour Law in State) and President Mr Rajeeve presided the Seminar.

85 Corrugators across Kerala attended the Seminar.

Topics included “New Labour codes, Ministry of Labour & Employment has released the Draft rules under the new labour codes, Draft rules under the code on wages, Industrial Relations, Social Security, occupational safety, health & working conditions etc. Structure in calculating ESI, PF, Gratuity. Appointment letter to all the employees with definite clauses etc…

Time slot were given for interaction, discussions and solutions. The workshop was very informative and useful for the corrugators in sorting out the issues on Labour Codes. During interactive session corrugators could clarify various situations and solutions for the same 

As a token of gratitude and support a memento was presented to Mr Adv.C B Mukundan.
