Report on Sarwamangal Kraft Tech Pvt Ltd. visit

1. Introduction : On 6th September 2025, 23 members of the Eastern India Corrugated Box Manufacturers Association (EICMA), along with dealers and industry associates, visited Sarwamangal Paper Mill to strengthen collaboration between paper manufacturers and corrugators, and to understand the latest developments in the paper manufacturing sector.

2. Objectives of the Visit :

• To gain first-hand knowledge of the production processes at Sarwamangal Paper Mill.
• To interact with the mill management and technical team on quality and supply-chain requirements.
• To build stronger cooperation between corrugators, dealers, and paper manufacturers.
• To explore possibilities of innovation and sustainability in packaging.

3. Proceedings of the Visit : 

• The delegation received a warm welcome from the management and team of Sarwamangal Paper Mill.
• A guided tour of the manufacturing facilities was conducted, showcasing:
• Raw material handling and pulping process.
• Paper machine operations.
• Quality control systems and laboratory testing.
• Environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• A panel discussion was held between mill representatives, corrugators, and dealers, focusing on:
• Consistency of paper quality. Main point of discussion was on Odour in paper , linear meterage, paper core quality, Moisture , Cobb.
• Open networking sessions encouraged exchange of ideas and feedback.

A networking dinner was held on 5^th September prior to the mill visit.
