EICMA organised two highly engaging and informative learning sessions aimed at addressing current and emerging industry challenges. The first session, “Navigating the Maze of GST Refund”, provided practical insights into GST refund mechanisms and compliance, Speaker CA Shivank Chhaparia patiently took all the questions and satisfied the members.
While the second session, “Understanding the Key Changes in the New Labour Law” helped members gain clarity on recent labour law reforms and their implications. Mr. Aditya Choukhany was Speaker on the subject who unfolded many facts on which members were ignorant.
With over 65 attendees, the sessions saw enthusiastic participation and meaningful interactions. Several key issues impacting the industry were deliberated upon, enabling members to enhance their preparedness and adapt proactively to upcoming regulatory and policy changes. The knowledge shared during these sessions was widely appreciated for its relevance and practical applicability.

The evening concluded with a networking dinner, offering members an excellent opportunity to connect, exchange perspectives, and strengthen professional relationships in an informal setting.
