Where should I go when I arrive at CorruPack Summit 2027?

Proceed to the CorruPack Summit Registration & Help Desk at the designated event entrance inside HITEX. Present your registration confirmation and identification to collect your badge. Follow the event signs and volunteer directions on arrival.

Can I register at the venue if I have not registered online?

On-site registration may be available subject to capacity and the applicable delegate category. Online registration is strongly recommended to reduce waiting time and ensure smoother badge collection.

What should I do if I did not receive my registration confirmation?

Visit the Help Desk and provide the email address, mobile number and company name used during registration. You may also contact the summit team in advance at conference@corrupacksummit.org.

How can I locate exhibitors, conference sessions and meeting areas?

Refer to the official event directory, floor plan, website updates and on-site signage. The Help Desk can also assist with exhibitor locations and session directions.

Is visitor parking available at HITEX?

HITEX provides on-site parking areas. Availability and access routes may vary based on event-day traffic, so visitors should follow security staff, parking marshals and event signage.

Which entrance or gate should visitors use?

The event-specific entrance and gate information will be communicated closer to the summit. On arrival, follow the CorruPack Summit branding and directional signs placed around the venue.

By Air

Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is approximately 35–37 km from HITEX. App-based cabs, taxis and airport bus services are available for onward travel.

By Rail

Major railway stations include Secunderabad, Hyderabad Deccan, Kacheguda and Lingampalli. Hitec City MMTS station is a useful local connection for the venue area.

By Metro

Travel on the Hyderabad Metro Blue Line to HITEC City Metro Station, then take an auto, taxi or app-based cab for the short last-mile journey to HITEX.
