Dear Friends,

I am honored to assume the responsibility of President of the Federation of Corrugated Box Manufacturers of India (FCBM) and sincerely thank all members for their trust and confidence. I accept this role with gratitude and a firm commitment to serve our industry with dedication and integrity.

Our Federation is one of the most respected industry associations in the country, built on the vision and commitment of our senior members over the past 53 years. The corrugated packaging industry in India holds immense potential, and with collective effort and active participation, we can take it to greater heights.

The recently concluded 53rd FCBM Conference at Agra was a grand success, and I sincerely appreciate my UPCBMA colleagues and the organizing team for their hard work.

During my tenure, my focus will be on strengthening the Federation, promoting innovation, and addressing challenges faced by our members. Sustainability will remain at the core of our agenda as we promote corrugated as the most eco-friendly packaging and explore new markets.

I urge all regional associations to organize more technical seminars and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Increasing membership strength across all regions will be a key priority, as a stronger network means better representation and more opportunities for everyone. Collaboration and knowledge sharing will be essential for our success.

The ICCA Global Summit, an international-level event, is scheduled to be held in India. It is planned to be aligned with the next FCBM Conference, which will be hosted by ACCT in January 2027. Our senior member and Past President, Sri M.L. Agarwal, who is the Chairman of ICCA, is actively involved in these events to ensure that this combined event delivers maximum value to our members and the corrugated industry.

I thank our predecessors for laying a strong foundation. With your continued support, we will overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and make the Indian corrugated packaging industry globally competitive. Let us unite for excellence, innovation, and sustainability, and work together to make India a global hub for corrugated packaging.
